Campfire Ministry is an evangelistic outreach designed to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to communities throughout Honduras. As families, neighbors, and children gather around the campfire, Love Honduras creates a welcoming atmosphere where the Gospel is shared through worship, personal testimonies, Bible teaching, and an invitation to follow Christ.
These gatherings often take place in villages and underserved communities, providing a unique opportunity to reach people who may never attend a church service. Around the warmth of the fire, barriers come down, conversations begin, and hearts are opened to the life-changing message of God’s love and salvation.
Our mission is to take the Gospel beyond the walls of the church, proclaiming the Good News where people live and inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus. Through every campfire gathering, we pray to see lives transformed, families restored, and new believers connected to local churches where they can continue to grow in their faith.
At the end of every campfire, everyone gathers around the fire to roast marshmallows and enjoy snacks together. These simple moments create lasting memories, strengthen friendships, and provide opportunities for meaningful conversations and additional personal ministry.
